Decided to do a little customization. Added a background image -- I had a nice Japanese maple leaf background I tried (to go with the "entwife" theme) but I wanted something a wee bit more sedate and darker, hence the current hunter green wallpaper. I might change it again, but I'm satisfied with it for now.
I also changed the text for comments, to make it less blah and more reflective of me. "Leave a comment" was just so dull . . .

One of those moments when the world makes *sense*, I see. I had absolutely no idea what Dr. Pepper was supposed to taste like. It was on the list of "Coke, but not quite" flavors in my brain ... black cherry and almond, very clever.
Eh. Were I to ignore my "health food-oriented person who could not have *possibly* eaten cookies for breakfast" side, I would admit to liking Diet Coke. A friend of mine and I would have it for a special treat as we stopped in cafes when we were doing the tourist-thing in various European cities, so it has special memories ... as an occasional treat.
Gah, I wish there were labs out there that were

... It would be a huge improvement on the real-life labs that are done in shades of mess with decorative accents of chaos.

~~ eats chocolate for breakfast
Chocolate for breakfast at this hour? ... hmm, well, I think we're in the same time zone but for some reason it says 8:01 pm. Perhaps I'm just confused, but then again, I still know that it isn't breakfast time ... unless, like me, you've gone out and bought freezer waffles and maple syrup. There's just something so wickedly delicious about frozen waffles ... probably all of the preservatives that you don't get in the fresh kind.
Chocolate for breakfast at this hour?
Umm . . . no.
I was referring to an earlier post in that link within my comment wherein I mentioned eating chocolate for breakfast -- something a "health food-oriented person" such as yourself would never do.
*distracts you from my incoherency with shiny things and chocolate*
Honestly, pay no attention to me. I don't know why I'm trying to accomplish anything when my brain feels this fried. I've gone from not stating the importance of my model system to not explaining any of my results clearly ... and forgetting half the controls ... sheesh. It's dreadful, and I blame my friends who insisted on a half-hour discussion of phagosome maturation. Honestly, how is anyone expected to understand these tedious eukaryotic processes?
