I used to go to Montreal a lot when my dad was still alive. We'd spend three-day weekends there, leaving on Amtrak's overnight train on a Friday and arriving in Montreal Saturday morning, then leaving Monday night & getting back into New York early Tuesday morning, where I'd go straight to work from Penn Station. In between we'd feast on pâté and madeleines and sugar pie and go shopping for music and books in French and walk around Old Montreal and the area around UQAM. I always brought home the maple-leaf shaped cookies filled with maple cream, like Oreos, only no chocolate -- just maple, maple and more maple.
I should go there again . . .

I saw this test and I said, "I just KNOW I'm gonna be Australia...how can they ask questions to make me Australia? There's a bazillion countries. It's just not likely...but what other country suits me?
So I took it, and yep, I'm australia....go figure.
I got China... not entirely sure why, although I am rather flattered --Chinese culture and history are fascinating. (Interestingly enough, I didn't get Russia -- it seems you'd have to answer every question with something related to alcohol to get that!)

As you know, I'm rather fond of Chinese culture myself . . .
I was expecting to get France. Maybe I'd have gotten Quebec if that were available as a choice . . .
